ShippingOrders typically ship the 1 to 3 days. Standard delivery normally takes 5-7 business days. During holidays, our studio may be closed, this will be noted on the front page of the website. However, if it should take longer to ship a piece, we will contact you as soon as possible. If an item is sold out, we will contact you immediately. During busy times, orders may take a little longer to get out. If you order an item that is out of stock, when it becomes available, we will pay for regular shipping of that piece. We will notify you if an item is not available. You may request Priority delivery at an additional charge. Customers with orders shipped internationally, including Canada, are responsible for all duties and taxes.

NOTE: Packages for and over $50 will require signature upon delivery. UPS requires a signature on file in most cases for a package to be left.

Earring Replacement
We are happy to replace your lost Oreb Lram earring at half the cost of the earring. Sometimes, we may require you to send us the remaining earring to make a match. Gemstones and crystal may vary greatly. We will let you know if this is necessary. Always contact us first before sending earrings to us. Please contact us with the item # and/or a discription of what it looks like.

If you have lost an earring not made by us, we may be able to replace it. Please email us with a photo or scan in remaining the earring.
Returns & Exchanges
If our product has failed in craftmenship, Oreb Lram Jewelry will be more than happy to exchange or refund the purchase price for the item. We will repair the item free of charge if we find that it is due to our craftmenship. If you are unsatisfied with the piece when you receive it, please return it, unworn with original tags still attached, within 14 days. We can not accept returns on special orders. We cannot accept packages sent C.O.D. Returns and Exchanges may take 1 to 4 weeks to process. When you call or email us, we will let you know the time frame.
If you have purchased an item at a store or catalog carrying our work, please check their return/exchange policies.

Returns & Exchange by Mail
Step 1: Call or email us prior to shipment.
Include the following information with your package:

- (For returns) Date of the transaction with payment method
(For exchanges) Item you are exchanging
Reasons for Exchange or Return. This will ensure an accurate refund.
(For exchange) New item you wish to receive: please include item #, product name, hook style (if applicable), length (if applicable), color (if applicable), and quantity
- Where the item was purchased. i.e. Applefest, Bayfield, Wi, online, etc...
Original pay method
Step 2: Pack and Ship. Package it in a secure padded envelop. Make sure you can't feel the piece from the outside of the envelop. The Post Office often puts padded envelops through sorting machines. These machines can crush gemstones if not properly packed. We highly suggest insuring the package. The cost for this service starts as low as $1.30. We can't be held accountable for lost or damaged items in the mail. If an insured item is damaged in the mail, we will assist you in filing the insurance claim.

Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We equire the use of your Credit card security code. You will be prompted for this code in our shopping cart program during checkout. The code is created by your credit card company to prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. It is usually a 4 digit number found on the back of the card. Our shopping cart program offers an illustration of where to find this code on your credit card.
Oreb Lram Jewelry maintains a studio in Wisconsin. Due to our physical location, the state requires that we collect sales tax in Wisconsin. If paying by check or money order, please add 5.5% tax to your order if located in Wisconsin. The tax is automatically added through our shopping cart if the entire transaction takes place in Wisconsin.

Always a perfect fit, our Gift Certificates are available for purchase at our shows and online. They may also be used as a form of payment either at shows, online, telephone order or mail/fax orders. Simply enter the Gift Certificate number in the proper payment field during check out.

Gemstones
We make every effort to match gemstones. Certain gemstones, such as Botswana Agate, Turquoise, and Rainbow Fluorite are harder than others to match. Each of these stones are naturally different. Colors may also vary from browser to browser.
Privacy & Security
We feel that privacy is a good and important thing. We promise never to sell your name to a direct marketing company. We will only email you about your purchase. However, if you choose, you can be added to our Special Customer list. While on this list, you will be notified about private and public sales, new stores that carry our work in your area, if we are doing a show in your area, etc... At any time, let us know, and we will remove you from our email list. We promise to never 'over' email you :)
